The process is very simple.

To reserve the plot there is a fee of £10,000, this will then be deducted from the final purchase price.

You will be responsible to source your own builder to build the property who will price the build based on your design and specification.

 

There is no stamp duty to pay for a plot at this price and there is no VAT on a new build house.
